As your "Fit to Live" trainer, I will take your nutrition and fitness goals seriously--whether it be to lose weight or improve your health. I understand that losing weight and gaining strength can be challenging and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I will analyze your body type and metabolism, and factor in your food and training preferences to create your individualized fitness & nutrition program.
With my personal experience and the industry's leading training certification (NASM), you can be confident that your workout plan will factor in your current fitness level and your desired results. Your personalized plan will be designed to help you reach your goals. And, since the most efficient away to lose weight and gain muscle is to also eat healthy, I'll work with you to analyze your macronutrients and help keep you motivated to stay on track with Nutrition Coaching.
Understanding that changing fitness habits is difficult, my goal is to change your view on healthy living, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. This encompasses your fitness routine, your nutrition and your mindset!
